About us

My name is Rob Van Tichelen, and with 15 years of experience in the automotive sector, I have built strong expertise in diagnostics and aftersales. I am based in Kapellen, in the province of Antwerp, and have worked as a technician and service advisor at VW and Opel dealerships, after which I further deepened my knowledge at Opel Belgium and Hella Gutmann.

Over the past eight years, I have worked as a technical trainer for clients such as Volvo Cars Belux, Nissan Belux, and Educam Service. I specialize in electrical systems, diagnostics, and HEV technologies. This experience allows me to clearly understand what garages need to work more efficiently and to solve complex diagnostic issues.

With RVT Diagnostics, I offer not only high-quality diagnostic equipment from leading brands such as TEXA, Picoscope, and Topdon, but also the personal support and service that technicians and workshop owners require. We focus on the local market in Belgium and the Netherlands to respond quickly and effectively to our customers’ needs. However, we also ship our products worldwide and can provide remote support.

For our Texa diagnostic equipment and Picoscope products, we offer a no-obligation demonstration; we ensure that all software is fully installed and personally deliver these orders with a clear explanation on site (in Belgium and the Netherlands). All other orders are handled personally and carefully prepared for shipment.
